The position is a staffing assignment via TNG, which means you will be employed by us and work on-site at our client. You will receive a secure employment with collective agreements, insurance, occupational pension, wellness allowance, and vacation.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage contracts for corporate clients within supplier payments
• Perform administrative contract management for other banking services
• Respond to simpler support inquiries via phone
• Contribute to other administrative tasks as needed

Good to Know

The assignment runs from February to the end of July 2026, and you will work on-site at the client in modern premises north of Stockholm.

We are looking for someone with experience in administrative work, preferably within banking, finance, or other regulated industries. You are meticulous, self-driven, and have good communication skills – both written and verbal. It is a requirement that you are accustomed to working in system-intensive environments. If you have previously worked with contract flows, it is an advantage. You thrive on routines but are also flexible when needs change.
